Uploading files for analysis or troubleshooting

If you need help getting the files off the unit then you can use this guide to help you. If you would like help with analysing your data, you can send us the raw data file so that we can more efficiently help you. Using this file we are able to reprocess your data with different settings and analyse the results. We are also able to run the file through our real-time simulator and verify the real-time performance. There are two ways to upload files to us:

 

 

Use widget below to upload files with a description of the issue. Then please contact us to tell us you have done this. We will then create a secure workspace and transfer your files to it. You can then use that workspace again whenever you wish to send us files.

When uploading your files and please add the following details:

•    Customer's name.

•    Link Zendesk Ticket number if available

•    Serial number of the utilised unit.

 

 

You will be invited as an editor, which means you have full control over the data within your folder and you can invite others to view the contents. Your data is viewable only by OxTS Support staff and those people you invite. If you have any questions regarding this process or the features of the system that we use then please contact us.
