This page lists all releases of the RT‑Range software, including required firmware versions, new features, enhancements and bug fixes.

Enhancements

• RT3000 v4 and RT3000T v4 have been added as offline-configurable devices. #110

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where entering a positive value in the measurement automatically changed the direction to forward or right. Entering a positive measurement now respects the direction specified. #107
• Fixed incorrect prompt text on Lane measurements page instructing measurements of A, B and C relative to the sensor point instead of the vehicle origin. #99
• Fixed an issue where IP address of the Hunter is not retained when the configuration is saved to a local PC. #104
• Fixed an issue where software crashes when a configuration with zero targets is saved to a local PC. #108
• Fixed an issue where range to feature points measurements are disabled after a device reset. #111

Bugs Fixed

• GL #3 - Configure RT-Range: Corrected text on the Lane Measurements page.
• GL #4 - Configure RT-Range: enabling RT-Range CAN messages would cause CAN messages in NAVconfig to become locked and also lead to duplicated Hunter CAN messages (with occasional spikes).
• GL #7 - RT-Range Post Processing: INS to Bulls-Eye lever arm being applied in wrong direction.
• GL #9 - Installing RT-Range SW on a laptop where the Documents folder is not stored locally.

• Feature point survey wizard: Allows user to survey the feature points using the GUI module.

• BirdsEye View: User can configure the plan view to display the map file with its lines using defined colour.

• Cannot set the Lat and Lon offset for the Fixed point using the Quick Config.

Features Added

• NAVconnect replaces the dialog box for selection of RT and RT-Range units for Hunter and Targets. Multiple Targets can be selected, tag ID can be edited for easy identification.
• Improved Add Measurement module to display Targets CAN Measurements.
• Log binary data of the unit with CAN. The RCOM logging module has been replaced with the Data Logger module to enable logging of RCOM, NCOM and XCOM files.

• RT-Range real time display not responding to the mouse.
• save to RCOM does not allow browse to the C:\ root folder.

Features Added

• Quick config supports feature point configuration.
• Birds eye view displays Feature point, Fixed point and Car targets type.
• RT-Range Config module updated to configure target type Car, Fixed Point and Feature point.

• CAN configuration module has been update to include Feature Point info, Feature Point position and Fixed Point heading.
