Connecting to Wayfinder Prime WiFi Hotspot for NTRIP

A Wayfinder Prime can be used with the supplied WiFi dongle to achieve internet connectivity for NTRIP corrections and map tile download for user monitoring

Hardware required:

• Wayfinder Prime
• USB WiFi dongle (provided in box)
• User provided phone or tablet device with cellular internet modem and hotspot tethering capability and data plan 

Follow these steps to achieve the desired functionality:

1. Ensure you are in an area with stable cellular connectivity 
2. Connect USB WiFi dongle to the front panel of the Wayfinder Prime while powered off
3. Configure your desired WiFi hotspot device to the following SSID and Password with WPA2 security:
   1. SSID: WayfinderPrime
   2. Password: prime1234
4. Power on the Wayfinder Prime
5. On your device sharing its cellular connection, wait for a client device to connect
6. On the phone/tablet device, open the Visualiser web app on 172.20.10.5 (forced static IP in iOS accepted range) and check that the map plugin is able to download map tiles
7. If the INS is configured to use NTRIP, check the visualiser position group and wait for NTRIP status to authenticate and connect
